Welcome to the 2026 FC Monmouth Women’s U23 Season. By remitting payment you are signing off on the following rules and guidelines as a player:
Player Obligations
Player agrees to attend all training sessions and games as asked upon by coaching staff unless given two weeks notice of absence.
Player shall comply with all reasonable rules and regulations previously or hereafter established by the club, league, or coaching staff. Failure by player to comply with any rule or regulation shall be grounds for the club to terminate this player agreement in its sole discretion with no refund
Player shall corporate with the club to participate in any promotional activity of the club or league which promotes the welfare of the club or the sport.
Player shall report to the club in good physical condition and keep themself in said condition throughout the term of this agreement.
Player shall give their services and best loyalty to the club. During this agreement, player shall only play for one club unless consent is given by the club.
Player shall conduct themself on the field with the highest level of honesty, morality, fair play, and sportsmanship, and shall not do anything that is not of best interest of the club or league.
Player agrees to refrain from the use, possession, and distribution of illegal drugs during this agreement.
Termination of Player
Player may terminate their agreement with written notice of explanation to either the head coach or general manager. If player terminates their agreement without notice, player agrees to not play for another u23 League-sponsored team
Method of Giving Notice
Player must give at least two (2) weeks notice, written or verbal, to coaching staff of any planned absences during the agreement. If a player plans on being late to any training session or game, player must provide notice to coaching staff upon knowing.
Player’s Likeness
Player shall permit their name, image, and voice to be used in still photographs, video, livestreams, and other social platforms after the signing of this agreement. Player agrees that they will not make any public appearances or media appearances that will mention the club without the permission of said club.
Player’s Fitness To Play
The player agrees to disclose to coaching staff of any previous injury or impairment to their ability to play soccer that has occurred within the past six months.
